Job Description of Warehouse Inventory Clerk:

At FedEx, your role as a Warehouse Inventory Clerk is indispensable for the seamless functioning of warehouse activities, encompassing tasks related to the transfer, storage, and dispatch of goods. Your duties will include responsibilities such as the loading and unloading of shipments, the sorting of packages, and the assurance of accurate documentation and storage locations for all items. Your involvement is crucial for streamlining package processes and enabling timely deliveries

Responsibilities of Warehouse Inventory Clerk:

• Transport packages between trucks and trailers.
• Place and order materials or goods on shelves, racks, or in bins in accordance with specified organizational criteria
• Ensure packages are ready to be sent out by labeling, sealing, and securing them firmly.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, well-maintained, and safe for all personnel.
• Support in overseeing the shipping and receiving operations.

Qualifications of Warehouse Inventory Clerk:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
