Job Description for Freight Loading Specialist:

Managing the loading and unloading of goods from trucks, classifying goods and making sure shipments are handled properly will be your main duties as a FedEx Freight Loading Specialist. Physical endurance, meticulousness, and the capacity to operate in a fast-paced setting are necessary for this position. To transport goods effectively and safely, you will need to operate equipment like forklifts.

Responsibilities for Freight Loading Specialist:

• Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Verify freight for damage and report discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements for Freight Loading Specialist:

• Preference will be given to those with a high school diploma or a similar level of education.
• Experience in dock services and warehouse functions
• Meticulous focus on specifics and proficient organizational aptitude.
• Should be able to adjust work hours according to business needs
