Managing the loading and unloading of freight from trucks, sorting goods, and making sure shipments are handled correctly are the main duties of a FedEx Warehouse Dock Handler.Physical endurance, meticulousness, and the capacity to operate in a fast-paced setting are necessary for this position. To transport freight effectively and safely, you will need to operate equipment like forklifts.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Dock Handler:

• Employ suitable machinery for efficiently loading and unloading cargo onto trucks and trailers
• Uphold a neat, secure, and structured dock environment.
• Abide by the established safety procedures and guidelines to safeguard against potential accidents and injuries.
• Examine the freight for any potential damage and immediately report any inconsistencies or problems identified.
• Foster strong and open lines of communication with both colleagues and managers to support a positive work environment.

Requirements of Warehouse Dock Handler:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in dock work, warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours
