In your capacity as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator at FedEx, you play a fundamental role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, where your responsibilities revolve around managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of products. Your main tasks will involve the proper handling of shipments, the organization of packages, and the verification of precise recording and placement of all items. Your contribution is essential for the continual flow of packages and the support of timely dispatches

Responsibilities of Warehouse Operations Coordinator:

• Load and unload packages from delivery trucks and trailers.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
• Prepare packages for shipment by labeling, sealing, and securing them.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with the coordination of shipping and receiving activities.

Qualifications of Warehouse Operations Coordinator:

• Successful attainment of a high school diploma or its equal is a prerequisite.
• Proficient in the handling and transporting of packages up to 50 pounds in weight.
• High level of attentiveness to specifics and exactitude.
• Competency in essential computer skills and acquaintance with warehouse control programs.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
• Demonstrating strong skills in organizing and time management.
